the delivery of the unit was fine; once it was plugged in, the freezer did not show any signs of cooling although the refrigerator part seemed to be cooling. after 24 hours, still i had no freezer working and all the food had to be discarded due to thaw. ice machine does not make ice; only water in ice tray. i want to return this item so it can be replaced asap.

I bought this for my rental property after not being able to find a fridge that would fit the space at other stores. Samsung was definitely the way to go! Delivery was on time, communication was great, and the appliance looks so good in the newly remodeled kitchen. Excellent addition to my property. Cannot wait to buy another for my own home!

This refrigerator has superior quality, lots of room, very large vegetable and fruit drawers but my favorite thing is the extra space you can have with the flex-zone allowing your freezer to become refrigerator space.

After 2 months waiting for backorder, it arrived.
It's perfect and I plan on getting a water line put in for it, to use the icemaker that was included!
Doesn't show my kids' grubby prints, and it's smooth white with just enough sheen. The interior lights are nice and bright and the door beeps if left open too long. Shelves seem sturdy, although they don't have the extra thick plastic edge piece that I would have liked.
It'll do the job! Hopefully!!

Have had this for over a year. Lots of space and well designed shelving. No problems with freezer or refrigeration sections. Runs quietly and chills everything quickly. Exactly what I was looking for in a basic refrigerator.

Bought this refrigerator back in 2017 and continue to be happy with my purchase. It has plenty of usable space and many features that are not available on similar refrigerators of the same class; the digital temperature settings, the door open chime, and the up front push-button ice maker control are among the few features that stand out on this model. This fridge runs very quiet; one can hardly hear the compressor or circulation fans running. I have another fridge from a different manufacturer and you can hear that thing whirr and hum from the other room. It truly is a great refrigerator.

I've had this refrigerator for over two years and I still love it. Very spacious on the inside and has nice clean lines on the outside. The digital temperature controls and door open chimes are a nice touch when compared to competitive models in the same class. Also, you can turn off the built-in icemaker with a button, rather than reaching in and flipping up a bale to stop ice production for long periods away. It is very quiet when the compressor is running, unlike my other brand of fridge where you can hear the cooling fan and compressor turn on from another room away. I'm very happy with this refrigerator.

I've only had product for a couple of days. It looks to be working well so far, but the installation was disappointing. Home Depot delivery arrived as scheduled, but the installer was unable to connect water line to ice maker. He said the installation kit was missing a fitting which I will have to order from Samsung. Once delivered, I then will have to call Home Depot to schedule a return visit to connect the water line.
The installer also said that the door reversal they did on this model was supposed to be done by a technician rather than by them. They were not prepared for how complicated the procedure was. On most other refrigerators, door reversals take 5 - 10 minutes. The Samsung model reversals are much more complicated. Mine took them almost 40 minutes.
